Hank Aaron made his way back to the Braves Spring Training Camp and commented on various topics including Mark McGwire’s admission to using steroids. Willie Mays, one of the truly great players in Baseball History is the subject of a newly released book by James S. Hirsch.  ”Willie Mays, The Life, The Legend”   Willie Mays: The Life, The Legend As mentioned, James S. Hirsch is the author but the book is authorized by Willie. I guess that means that Willie has contributed, read and agrees with the content. Now there are some out there who think that the player must be the author of the book for it to be worth anything.
