Aroldis Chapman defected from Cuba and is now playing for the Cincinnati Reds with a $30.25 million contract. According to Cincinnati catcher Ramon Hernandez he’s throwing in the mid to upper 90 mph range and also has a good changeup and slider. It’s expected that the 21 year old lefty will make the Red’s starting rotation.
