Well Manny and crew are in Taiwan right now. I’m not sure if he and Manager Joe Torre are happy (or a little concerned that the recent earth quake is done… but like lighting they are probably safe it won’t strike twice quickly there.. Los Angeles however is another issue). But there’s a few native born Dodgers Hong-Chih Kuo and Chin-lung Hu who must be psyc’d. Now the Dodgers didn’t send their entire team… But they did send Manny. Manny being Manny, we’ve all heard that even in his days as a Boston Red Sox Player. So why would someone announce at the beginning of the season that this is his final year playing for that team? No one can say. But there is speculation that he may be heading for retirement since he did not do so well in the latter part of the 2009 season, and there was that 50 game suspension to consider.
